The customer service I received at Velocity was amazing! My husband blew a tire on the way to Lucky Eagle... unfortunately they didn't have the tire we needed in stock but instead of dismissing me they pulled the tire out of my truck and started to inspect it. They plugged the two holes for us and thanks to them we made it home safely!

I was here on December 9th & purchased 4 new tires for my SUV. The service i received was outstanding. From the time I arrived Ivan was taking my order & Eric even came in on his day off to help me. They made me feel like family. Even the service guys in the shop were on top of getting things done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend VELOCITY TIRE to everyone. The waiting room was spacious & very clean as well as the restrooms.
